Growing up in Canada and now traveling back and forth to Unison’s expanded market in
Arizona, Marcel grew up surrounded by real estate. With over 10 years experience in property
management and real estate, he’s also previously worked as a finish carpenter and handyman
with exposure to every residential trade in the industry. This experience doesn’t make Marcel an
expert in one field, but a problem solver in all trades related to real estate. Marcel has
experience from working from the ground up digging the foundation, to finishing door trim and
understanding what it takes to maintain any property. This extensive knowledge in the industry
saves you time and money by having someone like Marcel. Having 30 years of sales background
gives him the experience to find the best possible outcome. Marcel’s biggest passion in life is
helping people win or get further ahead, and always looking at the bigger picture to come up
with a better solution. Whether he’s out enjoying a hike with his dog and wife, or hanging out
with co-workers or friends, Marcel’s always optimistic to make the best out of every situation.
Even with all this old-school experience, he was also educated as a math major and computing
science minor from university. Marcel is a numbers guy and very tech-savvy who’s always
looking for the latest new technology, which includes driving his Tesla. Marcel looks forward to
